MANY OF YOU ASK: WHY DO YOUR OILS HAVE LIDS WITH A DROPPER ON THE SIDE?
The reason is this: If you leave the dropper in the oil, eventually the oil will eat away at the rubber stopper and then your dropper lid will begin to disintegrate possibly causing your oil to leak. So, please make sure to store your oil with your lid on and not your dropper. Use your dropper only when you need to use your oil.
LOOSE DROPPERS
Occasionally you will get a bottle and it will sound as if the dropper is broken. In most cases the dropper has just come loose from the stopper during shipping. If you find this happens to you, and the bottle is not for a customer, go ahead and check if the dropper is just loose and not broken. If it is just loose you can just push the dropper back into the lid. Of course if the dropper is broken Pure Herbs will gladly replace the bottle. Just give us a call. Never, never try to strain the glass out if you do have a broken dropper!
RENEWALS
It is your responsibility to keep track of your own renewal date. As a courtesy, Pure Herbs, Ltd. does send out a reminder card to every Distributor/Director when his/her renewal is up. Pure Herbs can not, however, guarantee it will get to you. If you don't know what your renewal date is, please call us and ask. It is only $10 to renew your Distributorship every year and you have a 90 day grace period to renew. After that 90 days is up, if you do not renew, you will have to resign up for $20 and get a new Distributor number. You would also lose any downline that you had signed up under your old Distributor number.
