IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
Distributor applications must be signed by the person signing up, not by the sponsor. This is a legally binding contract.
NO P.V. (Purchase Volume) will be paid on shipping.
If your address and/or phone number has changed, please notify us immediately, especially those of you who now have a new 911 address.
Everyone pays shipping now (see page 6 for shipping policy changes).
Distributor application must have the applicants social security number and signature in order to process. If these two important things are missing, the application will be mailed or faxed back to the applicant.
Please have your Distributor number and credit card information ready before calling in your order.
You must be a Distributor in order to place an order directly with Pure Herbs Ltd. Distributors, please DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR CUSTOMER NUMBER. We will drop-ship to any of your customers, upon YOUR request.
One ounce and four ounce bottles are always shipped separately. This is the only way U.P.S. will cover our damaged boxes because the boxes are designed specifically to fit the bottle sizes. Notice the inserts in the four ounce and one ounce boxes are different.
You are responsible for renewing your membership every year. We do send out a renewal postcard, but if you don't receive it we cannot be responsible. You have up to 90 days after your expiration date to renew your membership, after 90 days you will be considered inactive and need to sign a new Application Agreement form and pay $20. Also, you will lose any downline you had. You will then be assigned a new Distributor number.
The Center For Building Better Health Naturally now accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
If your credit card is on file, please make sure to update the expiration date. We are finding many that have expired.
