While we are very happy to do drop-ship orders for you, we find that more and more addresses are incomplete or incorrect.  For example:  missing or incorrect apartment or suite numbers, missing or incorrect street extensions (Ave., Blvd., St., Rd., Dr., etc.), misspelled streets or cities, incorrect zip code numbers and rural addresses that have not yet been switched to the new 911 emergency addresses with us.  We are also receiving notices from UPS that drop-ship recipients are contacting UPS and having their packages rerouted to addresses other than where we shipped them.  In all these instances, UPS penalizes us with an address correction fee.  Due to the high and growing number of these corrections assessed to us, we feel little option but to pass this fee on to you.  Effective January 1, 2006 there will be a $5.00 charge for all drop-ship orders.

CONVENTION QUALIFICATIONS
Each year Pure Herbs, Ltd. takes all Convention qualifiers to a new and exciting vacation spot.
Qualification period is January 1st through the last working day of  December.

HOW TO QUALIFY:
When your personal sales, including the sales of the Distributors in your downline, equal $40,000.00, this entitles you and one other person to go to Convention.  PHL will pay for lodging for two people, but transportation for only one person.
When your personal sales, including the sales of the Distributors in your downline, equal $45,000.00, this entitles you and one other person to go to Convention.  PHL will pay for lodging and transportation for both of you.  These trips are based on two people.  If for any reason both qualifiers cannot attend, regretfully, we can not allow the trip to be passed on to others.
From July 1st to December 31st of the qualifying year, every 1st Level Director that remains your 1st level Director entitles you to $1000.00 toward qualification.
Example:  You had three 1st Level Directors for July, August, September, October, November, and December, and they remained a Director until December 31st.  Your sales toward Convention were $37,000.00.  After adding $1000.00 per each one of those Directors, your sales now for convention would be $40,000.00.
You must also be a Director in the month of December through December 31st and be a Distributor or Director at the time of the trip.
