PLEASE DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR DISTRIBUTOR NUMBER SO YOUR CUSTOMERS CAN CALL IN ORDERS USING YOUR ACCOUNT!!!
REASONS WHY:
This is YOUR distributor number. We keep your personal information on file. We only wholesale the product. We do not charge retail. If your customer is a retail customer and has your number to use, they would get wholesale price if they ordered directly from us. If your customer places an order using your number and then refuses the package, it is now YOUR responsibility to pay for that product. If they fail to give us their shipping information, we will ship to you or the address on file. If they fail to give us payment information, and your credit card is on file, we will use your credit card. If your number is being used by someone else and they ask for a C.O.D. and their check bounces, it is now YOUR responsibility to pay for the product and the bounced check fees. Or, if it is C.O.D. and the package is refused and comes back to Pure Herbs and the Purchase Volume discount was already paid because it was ordered at the end of the month and the package didn't come back till the following month; it then becomes YOUR responsibility to pay for that package and keep it.
You may call in an order for your customer using your number and we will gladly ship to your customer. This is known as a drop ship. Or for a $20 fee your customer can sign-up as a Distributor and get their own Distributor number. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
