CONVENTION NEW CONVENTION QUALIFICATIONS STARTING WITH THE 2007 QUALIFICATION YEAR ARE AS FOLLOWS: CATEGORY I Purchase Volume of $40,000 will qualify for ROOM, WELCOME DINNER, AWARDS DINNER and MEETINGS for ONE. All other expenses are on your own. CATEGORY II Purchase Volume of $50,000 will qualify for ROOM, WELCOME DINNER, AWARDS DINNER and MEETINGS and TRANSPORTATION for ONE. Also included is one ENTERTAINMENT. All other expenses are on your own. CATEGORY III Purchase Volume of $70,000 will qualify for ROOM, WELCOME DINNER, AWARDS DINNER, MEETINGS,TRANSPORTATION for TWO and FOOD REIMBURSEMENT PER SCHEDULE. Also included are TWO

PRODUCT PRICE INCREASE EFFECTIVE APRIL 1ST, 2007

Have you ever heard of inflation? Maybe you have experienced it personally over the last two years. That is what is happening in the herb business too. In order to continue to supply you with the same high quality products you expect, we have been forced to raise prices. As of April 1st, 2007 all 1-oz. products will be increased by $0.50 and all 4oz. products will be
increased by $1.50. Only Hoodia Extract and Hoodia Combination Extract will remain the same. Other items that remain the same price are the Encapsulated Products, Sports Cream and Skin Lotions #101 and #102. We have tried to give you as much advance notice as we can so you can stock-up before the price increase takes place. You should have the new price list with
