LECITHIN (less’-uh-thin) is needed so the body can work. A healthy normal liver with a good diet naturally makes LECITHIN. Lecithin is a sticky yet slippery liquid that looks and feels like a cross between a medium heavy oil and a non-sweet syrup. LECITHIN dissolves fat into very tiny drops. The Cedar Berry tree is a needle bearing tree and an evergreen that lives in the American Southwest. Think Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Colorado and you have the picture of where it is at home. It is a tough, hardy competitor able to persist on poor soil where other trees can not. It ranges in size from that of a shrub to up to 30 feet tall if it has enough water and better soil. "Out West", its common name is the " Single-Seeded Cedar Berry" tree. There are two kinds of Cedar Berry trees. One kind has the female flowers on it and the other kind has the male flowers on it. The flowers on the female trees produce a small waxy seed pod with a single seed in it. That is the part which we use.

Under the stomach and liver is a carrot shaped organ/gland called the pancreas. It empties its digestive juices from its blunt end into the small intestine. This is very important to the digestion. When the pancreas itself gets sick, you need a no nonsense remedy. We use the seed and its pod from the Cedar Berry tree for that purpose. This remedy was found out of sheer desperation by Dr. John Raymond Christopher from Utah after much prayer and fasting. His search was for something to repair a pancreas that had "bad cells" in it. This is a very serious condition because the pancreas is the main digestive organ an normally eats up any "bad cells" that occur in the body. You can imagine the panic, if the organ you rely on to eat up malignant "bad cells", is itself being eaten up. In practice he proved the value of this remedy of the Single-Seeded Cedar Berry and shared it with all of us. If your memory is slipping or has slipped, you had better do something about it! For centuries, the elephants of Ceylon (see-lon) south of India, achieved fame for their excellent memories. What do they do different from other elephants? They eat the leaves of a little water lily known as GOTU KOLA (go-to-kola). Another way aluminum enters the body is through the use of some underarm antiperspirants. When you get the inorganic aluminum out of the body, it helps to restore the nerves, glands and brain function. Use the plant CHLORELLA to get rid of mercury and heavy metals. CHLORELLA is not a sea vegetable, but rather a part of that golden colored algae you see in summer ponds. Eucalyptus Oil is a gift from the leaves of trees from Australia and New Zealand. Eucalyptus leaves are the favorite food of koala bears. This is a substance normally made by a gland deep in the back of the brain known as the pineal (pi-nee-al) gland. The name pineal refers to its shape which is roughly like that of a pine cone. When we say WINTERGREEN we mean any of many small, hardy evergreen herbs about 6 inches tall or, if you prefer, 15 centimeters tall, that grow as a kind of ground cover. It is found in abundance in the North Eastern region of North America (U.S. and Canada). The best known type of Wintergreen has the scientific name of (Gaultheria procumbens). Wintergreen has leathery, green, broad leaves and loves to grow as a thick carpet in the partial shade of the woods in its rich earth, but can be found on open ranges too. Its most common name of Wintergreen is surely due to the fact that in the Winter its leaves can still be seen to be alive and green. Its white bell-like flowers produce edible scarlet red berries that taste spicy and refreshing with a texture somewhat like a moist, ground up nut or grain. Contained within the entire plant is an ache and discomfort relieving compound similar to aspirin. The chemical name for this compound is salicylate (suh-liss’-uh-late). The natural oil from the Wintergreen plant is almost 98% salicylate in the form of methyl (meth’-ul) salicylate. It is found in a surprising number of places in every day life, classified as a flavoring agent. For example, widespread use is made of Wintergreen in toothpaste, common beverages such as root beer and Coca Cola and chewing gum.

When you go across the sea to England you will find Wintergreen Oil is currently recognized in their official medical book, the British Herbal Pharmacopoeia (farm-uh-ko-pea-uh) as a specific remedy for rheumatoid arthritis. That means if you have joints, muscles and tendons, bones or nerves that hurt and you put Wintergreen Oil on the area externally, it fixes it. Wintergreen works in two ways, one way is to quickly relieve discomfort and the other way is to break up the uric (your-ick) acid or other deposits. Then the body can flush them out. Before this, we could only get dried Acerola Cherry powder mixed with some form of sugar or sweetener.
