• Send out a newsletter introducing new products, giving testimonials and just letting your people know you are there for them.
  
• Pay your downline their Purchase Volume checks if they earn one. 
  
• Pay P.V. checks in a timely matter.
  
• If your downline calls you with a question, help them with the answer or refer them to your upline.  The Herbal Research Group Volumes offer a wealth of knowledge to help answer questions and give an herbal program.  USE YOUR TOOLS!
  
• Make sure your downline renewal dates are current and if not call and remind them to renew, and, as always, let them know you are there if they need any assistance.
  
• Hold monthly or bi-monthly meetings just to share information and discuss new products.
