RENEWAL FEE


When sending in a check for your renewal fee, it is not necessary to fill out and send in a Distributor Application.  The only time you need to send in an application is if you are signing up as a new Distributor or if your old Distributorship expires past 90 days.  The renewal fee is $10.  Also, when sending your renewal fee in through the mail, be sure to include your Distributor number in the memo area.  If your phone number, area code, address, or name have changed, please let us know this information too.  Thank you!
