Q. I just want to order products for
myself, I have no intention of selling, do I have to become a
Distributor?
A. Yes, if you want to purchase
products at the factory price. We are a true multi-level marketing company and only have one price:
the Distributor price. There are
no minimum or maximum monthly orders. You can order as little or as often as you
like. After becoming a Distributor, the Center For Building Better Health
Naturally, Inc., sends out two Herbal Extracts books, fully illustrated in color, which contain information
on about 400 products that we carry, at no additional cost. They are sent to you
after your application has been approved and processed. Many join us just to get
those two books. Also, to get products at Distributor price and to be able to order
directly from the company. The only requirement after joining is a yearly
renewal fee.
Q. Can I give my Distributor number to
family and friends so they can order?
A. No! You are the only one that can use
your Distributor number. However, we will ship products to anyone that you would
like us to, but you have to place the orders. Also we do have a policy of one
Distributor per household or business, which is clearly stated on the application.
Q. I don't want to become a
Distributor, can I still get the product?
A. Call us. We will find someone in your
area that you can purchase from. Please keep in mind it's standard to pay
retail, but you can still get products.
Q. Why do you need my social security
number, I only want products for myself, I'm not going to sell it?
A. We are a multi-level marketing company
and you will receive purchase volume discount checks from your
upline Director even if you are the only one ordering. It is necessary for tax
purposes only, should we need to 1099 you at the end of the year. We do not
sell or share any of your personal information with anyone. (P.S.) Our
largest Distributors just started by ordering product for themselves. You can have
a very successful career, and yes even in a bad economy.
Q. Can I make a job of this?
A. Absolutely, you can make a good living
this way. Take the herbs, talk about the herbs and sign others up under you.
Q. Do I have to order a certain amount to
be a Distributor?
A. No, just think of it as joining the
company, there are no minimum or maximum orders. Order as little or as much or
as often as
you wish. Some people just want to be able to order direct and receive
products at Distributor cost, get the free books and receive our bi-monthly
newsletters. However, there is a $20.00 renewal fee annual after joining.
Q. Why can't I return products?
A. We are a food company. All returns per
F.D.A. regulations have to be destroyed because they are foods. When making a
purchase at a grocery store a person usually doesn't return a product because
they didn't like the taste, or decide they just didn't want or need it. Since no
expense has been spared to supply the finest extracts that can be made, returns
would put a company out of business under these conditions. To make matters even
more complicated since we are a multi-level company, a large amount of the cost
per bottle, goes immediately back out to our Distributors. Herbs are foods, market them as such.
Q. Can I call Pure Herbs, Ltd. and
someone will direct me as to what products to use?
A. No, the F.D.A. rules state you can
not make claims or suggestions on foods. For this reason when you join you
either pick a sponsor or we will find one for you. This would be someone to turn
to with answers for your questions. If your sponsor doesn't have the answers you
can turn to your upline Director. Also the books from the Center For Building
Better Health Naturally, Inc. will answer almost all questions.
Q. I was charged an additional $5.00 for
shipping to my cousin on top of the normal shipping charge. Why?
A. We program our company computer
and
the UPS computer
with your address so there's no delay in getting your packages. Drop Ships
take more time for phone staff and the shipping department. The reason for
the charge is UPS charges for every bit of miss information not given or given
incorrectly, for example: lot numbers, north or east, apartment number and yes,
even spellings, etc. So please do not guess, make sure the information they
give you is correct before phoning in your orders. The way to beat the drop-ship fee is to sign them up, or have the products shipped directly to you
and then you can get the products to them.
Q. I left an order on voice mail the
31st and it was not counted for that month's Purchase Volume, what went wrong?
A. All orders and P.V.T. (Purchase Volume Transfers, which refers to products
that were ordered by Distributors that you did not sponsor) MUST be called in,
faxed or received by mail before 5:30 p.m. E.T., on the last business day of the
month. Please keep in mind that during the Holidays the mail service will
probably take a little longer. All orders and P.V. transfers after 5:30 p.m. E.T.
will automatically go on the next month. A good example of the last business day
of the month is if the 30th is a Sunday, the last business day would then be
Friday the 28th. Legal holidays are not considered business days. During the
summer months we change to E.D.T. (eastern daylight savings time). It is your
responsibility to note our time changes. This could be very important to you or
your downline, as it is your responsibility, and it will be your responsibility,
to correct any problems in your downline, should you fail to adhere to these
rules. There are no exceptions. All companies have to have a cutoff time, this is
to ensure checks will go out in a timely manner. There are no exceptions to this
rule.
Q. I don't like the taste, can I put them
in something?
A. Absolutely, we do not add sugar or
artificial flavorings to our extracts, this way you can tell what you're getting
is truly genuine. You may put them in juice or water for flavoring.
Q. I just received a check in
the mail for $12.00. Where did it come from and why?
A. All Distributors are under
Directors, and your purchase volume discount checks will come from them. You must
have ordered $120.00 in product the previous month, $12.00 is 10%. Cash it, it's
yours. Your upline Director is also the person to call with questions. They're
there to help you.
