Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for breakage and/or manufacturing defects. To return a product, prior approval is required.
Please check your orders upon receipt. Any shipping errors need to be reported within two weeks of receipt of your shipment. To receive any credit on mis-shipments, authorized returns must contain original manufacturer labels, be free of store pricing labels and returned in a timely manner (with current lot numbers).
Any item returned with non-current lot numbers, distributor labeling, or two weeks after receipt, will be charged to your account.
